After payment, your eSIM's QR code appears under Statistics. Install it before your trip, while connected to Wi-Fi.
iPhone
Open Settings → Mobile Service → "Add eSIM".
Choose "Use QR Code" and scan the QR code.
Give the new line a name, for example "Travel".
When you arrive: turn on "Data Roaming" for this line and choose it for mobile data.
Android
Open Settings → Connections (or Network & internet) → SIM manager.
Choose "Add eSIM" → "Scan QR code".
Scan the QR code and confirm the installation.
When you arrive: turn on "Roaming" for this eSIM and choose it for mobile data.
Tips
- Scan the QR code from another device's screen or from paper — a code on the same phone's screen cannot be scanned.
- Do not delete an installed eSIM: in most cases it cannot be installed again.
- A package's days start counting when the phone first connects to a network at your destination.
- You do not need to turn off your main SIM card — calls and texts stay on it.
