Service
We provide eSIM packages and "Flexible data", where you choose the amount yourself, for using mobile internet abroad. Connectivity is provided by local partner carriers.
Device
Before buying, it is your responsibility to check that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked. We are not responsible for an eSIM that does not work on an incompatible device.
Payment
A package's price is paid in full at purchase. With Flexible data you pay up front for the amount of data you choose and the data used comes off it; nothing beyond what you pay is ever taken from your card.
Refunds
If the eSIM has not been installed and the package has not been used, you can ask for a refund. No refund is given for an eSIM that has been installed or started being used, except in cases of technical failure.
Use
Using the service for unlawful purposes, reselling eSIMs or harming the network is prohibited. In such cases the service may be suspended.
Liability
Internet speed and coverage depend on the destination carrier's network. Our liability for outages on the partner carrier's side is limited to the amount paid.
Changes
These terms may be updated. We will let you know about important changes in advance; updated terms take effect on the day they are published.
